Marketing digital technology has changed greatly over the years. Expanding marketing campaigns and techniques. The main from of marketing today being social media didn't exist 20 years ago, showing just how fast methods can change. for many years, the main way to consume marketing was through print media such as newspapers and posters. While these are still around today, it's mostly the older generations that consume these and they are likely to die out in the next few decades.

During my undergraduate degree, I focused my dissertation on the ways that movie posters have developed over the years and where the industry may be going. One aspect that I researched was 3D billboards and how they can interact with the audience, immersing them into the world and ultimately becoming more relatable. Since writing my dissertation, one advertisement gained popularity which was WhatsApp new privacy features which they exampled in Piccadilly, London. They showed an animation of different security features such as windows closing, a vault door etc.
